Hustle Informer: AJ, it’s great to have you here today. Let’s dive right in. You’ve been called a “tech hustler” in the industry. Can you tell us a bit about what that means to you and why hustling is so important in the tech world?
AJ Joshi: Absolutely. To me, being a tech hustler means being willing to work hard, take risks, and hustle your way to success in the tech industry. It’s about being willing to put in the long hours, make the sacrifices, and take the chances that others won’t in order to achieve your goals.
In the tech world, hustle is everything. There’s so much competition, so much noise, and so much innovation happening all the time. If you’re not willing to hustle hard and stay on top of things, you’re going to get left behind.
Hustle Informer: That’s a great point. Can you give us an example of a time when your hustle really paid off?
AJ Joshi: Sure. When I first started in the tech industry, I was working at a startup that was struggling to get off the ground. We were running out of money, and we didn’t have many customers. But I believed in the product, and I was determined to make it work.
So I started hustling. I spent every waking moment trying to get the word out about our product, talking to potential customers, and networking with other people in the industry. And slowly but surely, things started to turn around. We got a few big customers, we secured some funding, and before we knew it, we were growing.
That experience taught me that when you hustle hard and put in the work, good things happen. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it.
Hustle Informer: It’s clear that hustle has been a key to your success. But what would you say to someone who thinks that talent or luck are more important?
AJ Joshi: Talent and luck are certainly important, but hustle is what sets successful people apart from everyone else. You can be the most talented person in the world, but if you’re not willing to work hard and hustle, you’re not going to get very far.
And as for luck, I believe that you make your own luck. When you hustle hard and put in the work, you create opportunities for yourself. You meet the right people, you make the right connections, and you put yourself in a position to succeed.
Hustle Informer: That’s a great perspective. So what advice would you give to someone who’s just starting out in the tech industry and wants to hustle their way to success?
AJ Joshi: My advice would be to focus on building a strong network, always be learning, and be willing to take risks. In the tech industry, it’s all about who you know, so you need to be constantly networking, making connections, and building relationships.
You also need to be willing to learn and stay on top of the latest trends and technologies. The tech industry moves incredibly fast, so you need to be able to adapt and evolve as things change.
And finally, you need to be willing to take risks. You can’t be afraid to fail, because failure is a necessary part of the learning process. And when you do fail, you need to be willing to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and keep hustling.
